Refund policy
Due to the recent surge in oil prices and rising shipping costs to our warehouse, we are unable to accept returns at this time. However, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction, so if for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, simply contact us within 90 days of delivery to request a partial refund.
Once your request is received and reviewed, we'll notify you of your partial refund status. Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.
For our app subscription customers, we also offer a partial refund on your most recent subscription charge if you decide it's not for you. This is unlike most app subscriptions which offer no refund at all, making our policy one of the most generous in the space.
